These are some of the skills people need if they want to be purpose-driven leaders in our complex and volatile world. They also need a solid understanding of the biggest issues businesses are facing, like climate change and cybersecurity. They can get all of this – while simultaneously building their professional network – through the World Trade Center Institute’s (WTCI) prestigious fellowships and learning exchanges.
WTCI awards Bowe fellowships to mid- and senior-level managers who want to grow into the C-Suite at global entities or are in the C-Suite but want to improve their skills. We also offer Albrecht fellowships to high school and college students who want a career that touches many cultures and countries.
We design and deliver programs for people from around the world who want to come to Maryland to learn. Our programs range from one hour to a few weeks. They often include in-person meetings with global business leaders, as well as opportunities to learn about the American culture by living with a local family.
