They are the Port of Baltimore and Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport. Once a year, people from throughout the Mid-Atlantic come together to hear about the current challenges the Maryland ports are facing, as well as the major infrastructure projects and other solutions being implemented.
The event is called State of the Ports and it is hosted by the World Trade Center Institute (WTCI), Ports America Chesapeake and the Maryland Department of Transportation. It is typically held during the winter at the World Trade Center in Baltimore, MD. Read about the last event, held in January 2022.
All are welcome to attend. In-person attendance is limited to WTCI members and event sponsors. Others can attend via simulcast.
