Our fellows immerse themselves in workshops where they can perfect their leadership skills, have discussions about the most pressing issues related to working globally and network with like-minded professionals. And our fellows all have one thing in common: wanting to drive the global economy and global good.
Our youngest Albrecht fellows are high school students considering a career that spans the globe, such as being a diplomat or working for a multi-national company. Through our Youth Diplomats program, they meet once a month for eight months.
College students who want to work for a business that has global reach will get direct access to some of the most powerful global leaders in the Mid-Atlantic if they become an Albrecht Fellow. All fellows participate in WTCI’s two-week Global Pathways for Students program.
Our Bowe fellowships are open to mid- and senior-level executives. This includes people at global businesses who want to join the C-Suite or are part of the C-Suite but want to improve their skills. They participate in WTCI’s 10-month EDGE program.
