The Future of Work and the Workforce
The second AGILE session is to be held on May 24th
BALTIMORE, MD – With the global pandemic shattering the traditional paradigm of how we work, business leaders in the Mid-Atlantic are reevaluating their strategies related to work and the workforce.
On May 24th, during a discussion hosted by the World Trade Center Institute (WTCI), four global business leaders from the region will share their thoughts on how to proactively respond to and invest in the changing nature of work.
The event, part of the organization’s four-part AGILE conversation series, will be at The Center Club in Baltimore, MD, and live-streamed. You can purchase tickets here.
RSM Senior Manager and Analyst Cameron McMillian will moderate the conversation between Mindgrub Chief Technology Officer and Vice President of Engineering Jason Michael Perry, OPX Managing Partner Steve Polo and 14 West Chief Human Resources Officer Elizabeth Massing. Attendees will learn how to stay one step ahead in meeting the needs of their business and protecting their most important asset – people.
WTCI started AGILE in 2017. Artificial intelligence and water scarcity are among the myriad issues that global executives have discussed. Speakers in the past have been from such entities as Under Armour, Johns Hopkins, Save the Children, McCormick & Co. and Honest Tea.
The visionary sponsor for this year’s AGILE series is Ruppert International. Other sponsors include RSM, Stanley Black & Decker, McIndoe Risk Advisory, citybiz.co, TEDCO, Parkway Theatre and MindGrub.
