Global Innovations in Protecting the World's Food Supply
The world has a food shortage that has resulted in more than 821 million undernourished people, and the problem is growing. The United Nations reports that in 2050 the world will require 70% more food to feed its inhabitants. There are big innovations happening in food security, food supply chains, and agriculture.
