Founding a Plant-Based Empire

Seth Goldman is building an empire. The co-founder of once beloved but now defunct Honest Tea and Chair of the Board of Beyond Meat had already made his mark on the world of sustainable, healthy snack foods before co-founding Eat the Change. But the Chief Change Agent still had more tricks up his sleeve. Including a trick he'd pulled once before - launching an iced tea brand to compete against major soda brands. But the world of bottled tea looks a little different than it did more than 20 years ago when Honest Tea launched. Seth sat down with WTCI to talk about how building a brand today is different, and what goals and principles are timeless.
