Break the Paper Ceiling

May 24, 2023

Ask any two people what their career path was, and you'll likely get very different answers. There's no guaranteed path to success, but looking at some job listings, you would think a bachelor's degree is a shortcut. That type of thinking excludes a large swath of the population that is eager to work. Prioritizing skills can unlock a new population of talented individuals for employers to hire from, and can help break the stigma that a bachelor's degree is the essential starting point for a career.
