Digital  Specialist

As a digital specialist at WTCI, you will have the opportunity to help our organization achieve our growth goals while enhancing your marketing and communications skillset and taking on new challenges. We don’t need someone who knows everything. We want someone who is excited to learn and contribute while consistently growing their role within the organization. We operate on a four-day workweek and allow for remote work.

What you will:

  • Develop and implement social media strategy.
  • Work with data to shape decision-making around marketing and communications tactics and initiatives.
  • Help manage our website.
  • Help drive engagement of our new content library.
  • Assist with the creation of print materials using Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Help develop and enhance processes within the marketing and communications team.
  • Other responsibilities, based on your specific skillset and organizational needs.

Bookkeeper & Office Manager

 This individual will report directly to the Senior Director of Finance & IT and help with the day-to-day functions of accounts payable and accounts receivable. Business Development & Membership Services Assistant

 This individual will report directly to the Vice President of Membership & Development and key responsibilities would include:

  • Responsible for maintaining Salesforce (CRM application), including managing dashboards, building reports, analysis, etc.
  • Assist the Vice President of Membership & Development to track and monitor accounts receivables which includes membership renewal, etc.
  • Prepare membership invoices and distribute invoices to members as the primary contact.
  • Prepare membership packet and renewal process.
  • Follow-up on new membership leads.
  • Interact with clients and build relationships to ensure their needs are being met.
  • Ensure information is accurately entered into Salesforce and in a timely manner.
  • Provide membership support, including market research when needed.
  • Other tasks and projects as they arise.
