State of the Ports
Maryland is home to two of the largest transportation and trade hubs in the United States – the Port of Baltimore and Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport. Once a year, people from throughout the Mid-Atlantic come together to hear about the current challenges the Maryland ports are facing, as well as the major infrastructure projects and other solutions being implemented. The event is called State of the Ports and it is hosted by the World Trade Center Institute (WTCI), Ports America Chesapeake, and the Maryland Department of Transportation.
