Within this mission, we created the Women Spanning the Globe Leadership Conference in 2005 to amplify women’s voices, showcase diverse leadership, and build a global network of women equipped to lead across sectors. Over the past two decades, it has evolved into one of the Mid-Atlantic’s signature women’s leadership conferences, recognized for its global perspectives, multigenerational impact, and focus on personal and professional growth.
