Patricia Geli is the Co-founder and Managing Partner of C10 Labs, where she has invested in more than 40 AI-native companies. She has a track record of identifying—and building for—tectonic shifts years before they reach the mainstream.

In 2005, she published her first research on neural networks for health, a field then largely unexplored by the technical establishment. In 2019, recognizing that global systems were unprepared for a pandemic, she secured World Bank financing to establish the Africa CDC—creating health infrastructure for 1.4 billion people just four months before the emergence of COVID-19. Most recently, she played one of six principal roles (President of the European Union) in "Intelligence Rising," a documentary directed by Oscar-winner Elena Andreicheva that brought together a group of the world's greatest thinkers to navigate a simulated AGI escalation and geopolitical collapse.

Patricia specializes in the bridge between high theory and "in the trenches" operations. A mathematician by training (PhD, Stockholm University), she was a postdoctoral Grand Challenges Associate at Princeton and completed clinical training in tropical infections in Ethiopia. She has led Ebola emergency responses in Sierra Leone and managed large-scale operations and investments across 55 countries, including many of the world’s most challenging conflict-affected environments such as Ukraine, South Sudan, and the Central African Republic.

A former Executive Director at Harvard and Instructor of AI at MIT, Patricia recently served on the Massachusetts AI Strategic Task Force, advising the Governor on the state's AI roadmap. She has served on steering committees for the World Economic Forum, driven by a single observation: technology only matters if it can be deployed where it is needed most, under the conditions people actually face.
