Join a group of Kielty Executives and Bowe and Albrecht Fellows for a WTCI-hosted dinner at an authentic international restaurant throughout Greater Baltimore. The guests will get to share their global business experience and aspirations, cultural insights, and leadership advice over a delicious meal. This is an intergenerational opportunity to continue stepping beyond your “generational comfort zones” and to seek out perspectives that challenge and expand your thinking.

Albrecht Fellowship for College Closing and Certificate Ceremony

The Program Closing for the 2026 Albrecht Fellowship for College will provide a reflection on the program experience and an action plan to make the most out of the program in the coming months. Fellows and guests will hear two phenomenal keynotes focused on making a positive difference in the world! A closing ceremony will be held for the graduating fellows, and each fellow will be awarded a certificate of completion! Breakfast and Lunch: A light breakfast and lunch will be provided. All Kieltys are invited. This is an opportunity to meet our amazing Albrecht College Fellows, tell them about the Kielty Distinguished Executives program, and hear about their Albrecht experience. Intergenerational Pod (virtual)

Join us from wherever you are for this virtual intergenerational engagement on Zoom, featuring our Kielty Executives, Bowe, and Albrecht fellows. This format will feature a “main stage” where all attendees will meet at the start and reflect at the end on the experience. Two small group conversations will take place in breakout rooms, focusing on a specific leadership theme, hosted by 2-3 Kielty executives. We aim to have 2-3 Bowe and 3-5 Albrecht fellows in each breakout. These enriching conversations are great opportunities to both share your wisdom and learn from each other as you navigate teams across different generations.

A space industry CEO will help us uncover the new boundaries of low-Earth orbit (LEO) and the potential that it harnesses for business and life on Earth.
