Intergenerational Pod (virtual)
Join us from wherever you are for this virtual intergenerational engagement on Zoom, featuring our Kielty Executives, Bowe, and Albrecht fellows. This format will feature a “main stage” where all attendees will meet at the start and reflect at the end on the experience. Two small group conversations will take place in breakout rooms, focusing on a specific leadership theme, hosted by 2-3 Kielty executives.
We aim to have 2-3 Bowe and 3-5 Albrecht fellows in each breakout. These enriching conversations are great opportunities to both share your wisdom and learn from each other as you navigate teams across different generations.
