  8. Message FrequencyMessage frequency may vary depending on your engagement with WTCI programs and events but will generally not exceed 4 messages per month. Standard message and data rates may apply.

IndemnificationYou agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless WTCI, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
